Welcome to Delk & Co.'s Local Pickup Policy. Upon checkout click "Local Pickup" option. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email stating available times for pickup. If customer has paid order in full online but fails to meet to pick up order after arranging local pickup three times, no refund will be processed. If customer has agreed to pay cash at pickup but fails to meet to pick up order after arranging local pickup one time, order will be canceled.

We ensure that your order will be shipped within 3 days of your order date, excluding holidays. We ship through United States Postal Services, FedEx and UPS. Whether you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward refund or exchange policy is aimed at providing you with a hassle-free experience.You must email us at handk@delkandco.com within 24 hours of receiving the said package to be able to receive a full refund/exchange. For a refund, a return label will be emailed to preferred customer email and once Delk & Co. has received the package back a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. For an exchange, a return label will be emailed to preferred customer email and once Delk & Co. has received the package back the said exchange item will then be shipped back to customer within 3-5 business days.
